Tracie Jacobs, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC AAFE Certified

Hi, I’m Tracie Jacobs, a proud mom of three, grandmother to one, and a lifelong resident of Hartsville, SC. For the past 32 years, I've been dedicated to nursing, and after years of hard work, I went back to school to become an advanced practice registered nurse. I am currently a full-time Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Florence, SC. 

Earning my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) was one of the proudest moments of my life, but little did I know, it would also lead me to discover a whole new passion.

Through the guidance of a very dear friend and mentor, I was introduced to the world of aesthetics. It’s a field that immediately resonated with me, and I found myself drawn to how it allows me to help others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. With this newfound passion, I was inspired to bring my knowledge and expertise back to my hometown of Hartsville, SC.

I’m excited to be able to offer my services to this wonderful community, blending my years of medical experience with my love for aesthetics. Whether you’re looking for rejuvenation, self-care, or a little confidence boost, I’m here to help you look and feel your best.
